The South Dakota Army National Guard 196th MEB invites you to join us for the Beast of the East Fitness Competition at Howard Wood Field on July 22, 2023.
The course will consist of fitness stations that will challenge participants physically and mentally.

- All across a 100-yard football field

- 25-meter Sprint
- 25-meter Drag 90 lbs sled
- 25-meter Carry two 40 lbs kettlebells
